public class CPUThinkingPanel
extends JPanel
implements SimpleThreadCPUMonitor.CPUMonitorEventListener

This is a very simple JPanel that can show whether or not CPU usage is occuring in the process that creates this object. This class ONLY works with Windows and relies on a .dll created from the JNI functions in CPUUsageThread. I will eventually put all this into CVS, though I'm trying to find another way to monitor the cpu usage of the whole system.

handleNewEntry

This is the interface function from CPUUsageThread. CPUUsageSnapshot contains the latest update on cpu usage. Depending on its value relative to the set Threshold, it will change the value in the labe.
