CSLI/CALO - Software Change Log

This document contains a log of major changes to our Y4 software.

v. 2007 June 25

• Added support for the MIT generative model
  • This will be used in topic processing by default; remove topic.segmentation.method=mit to revert to previous algorithm
  • Must build the external Gibbs sampler code in calo/src/varyNTopics
• Added XML-RPC service to support meeting importing
  • Runs on port 8081 at the moment: change xmlrpc.server.port if required

v. 2007 May 25

• Added in Y3 PQ functionality
  • Full testing completed for AI solvables, but not of topic solvables yet
  • Turned on the OAA service by default in calo.sri.config (service.oaa=true)
• Added some API calls for new Y4 PQs

v. 2007 May 18

• Changes and fixes done while Clint was at CSLI
• Fixed the importer to work with many types of mercury data
• Got the system working on calowin1

v. 2007 March 29

• Same software as Y3, but now in SVN
• Removed some files that were no longer needed
• Only checked in source for calo project, other projects are all jars, etc.
