Task Discussion Ontology Issues

This document lists currently outstanding issues with the task-discussion-oriented parts of the ontology. It is broken down into some main categories. Find the category which suits your problem the most.

ISSUE TITLE In JIRA? Description
Documents Display no Display is not found in OWL file.
Temporary files no How do we model temporary files under the Recording model?
Software / Hardware agent model no Is has-part enough? How exactly are the various agents composed?
Names for things no How to we describe instances of any class using a short text string? description ?
URL attribute for recording no Recording needs a uri attribute
Sound, Speak, and Recordings no Do we connect speak activities to their source signal? How is Sound related to a recording?
Linguistic models no Is Sentence and Word going to be added to the ontology? Are there any test questions about this. At the very least it needs to be added to the local ontology.
A model for ppt slides and text notes no I guess the I am not storing yet the URI where the MeetingRecorderClient? stores the text notes or PPT slides yet either which probably could use this tdo:SoftwareAgent to provide the necessary hooks. Currently, I think Speechalyzer can get by with knowing that the directory for the text notes and ppt slides is the same as the directory for a CloseTalkingMicrophone? instance but that isn't ideal.
Action Item model no We need a representation of ActionItems? (Tasks with assignee as well)
no implementation of word, sentence no need to implement these linguistic units
info-state, logical-form no Need to be sure that semantics in comm model is implemented
CameoDevice should not be a subclass of FrameDevice no
Frequency-Value not in domain no tdo:Frequency-Value not a meeting-domain classfrom tdo:Record -> tdo:hasSampleRate -> tdo:Frequency-Value (This is not that important as we no longer have the requirement for both 11kHz and 16kHz recordings so nothing really needs to query for a wav file based on the sampleRate but we should probably eventually fix this.)
